About the position

At Leevia, we are building a family of products that help brands and companies of all sizes launch marketing campaigns that grow at scale. We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts

Required Qualifications

  • Proven inside sales experience (1-3 years)
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ma/MSc in economics or a related field
  • Be proactive, go beyond expectations
  • Proficient knowledge of written and oral English and Italian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extended knowledge of Italian Marketing Agency landscape, with the ability to leverage it
  • Extended knowledge of Marketing Industry
  • Previous start-up experience
  • Proven sales track record a plus
