About the position
At Leevia, we are building a family of products that help brands and companies of all sizes launch marketing campaigns that grow at scale. 
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our employees and vendors. We are looking for proactive people that go beyond our expectations, passionate about our project, startups and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Manage New Contracts
  • Act as and with the company consultant to manage company bills and cycle regarding clients, policies and procedures
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Update office policies as needed

Required qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Good math skills
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite
  • Team management skills
  • Previous start-up experience
